About

A referral service, built to be straightforward about what it is

EzuLawexists to do one thing well: connect people with a participating attorney suited to their situation, as quickly and transparently as possible. We are built to operate nationwide, and we’re rolling that out state by state — Palm Beach and Broward counties, Florida are live now, with more states on the way.

We are not a law firm. We don’t practice law, we don’t give legal advice, and we don’t represent anyone. Every attorney on our referral panel is an independent lawyer or law firm who has chosen to participate, and who we’ve manually confirmed is in good standing with the relevant state bar before they’re added.

Florida regulates services like ours under Rule 4-7.22 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar — rules that exist to protect people looking for a lawyer during a stressful moment. We built our intake process, our disclosures, and our attorney vetting around that rule, not around it. As we expand, we hold ourselves to each state’s equivalent rules.

Our revenue comes from a flat fee that participating attorneys pay to join the panel — never a share of your case.

If you’re an attorney interested in participating, or a prospective client wondering whether this is the right place to start, our How It Works page and referral service disclosures cover the details.
